The room was freshly decorated and big size with hot shower, the cupboard, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. The breakfast was satisfactory and provided with an easy get up. The service was helpful, including an early check-in. The staff were pleasant and incredible in case of questions...

The hotel is set in a very central area, close to Dong Xuan market, Hanoi Old Quarter, and many attractions in Hanoi. the whole building is fairly clean and has a quiet atmosphere. It's within walking distance of Essence Restaurant, where I enjoyed a meal once or twice.

Our 4 day stay was ok, good room on 3rd floor, the flexibility of the hotel staff for taking care of 3x movement of our luggage when we did some trips. Also the breakfast buffet with lots of choices (vietnamese/international) good.
the quality/price of their late night pizza service

Great way to end our trip. Possibly the best and very good stay for a night. - Standard king room with big bathroom. - Breakfast with an easy get up. - Early check-in, good location close to Ha Long Bay, Sapa, and Tam Coc, Beer Street. - In the heart of the Old Town.

Generally, good place to stay.
When i just came and had no local money in hand, i changed some dollars on reception and the rate was 1:20 000. The same time i paid for the room in advance, the rate on the bill was 1:21 000. Not a big deal, but pretty strange to me. When i asked about ironing - was told, that they can iron my clothes. When i brought my shirt, i was offered to borrow an iron to do it by myself. 0_o

Bell boy was very nice and helpful. Location in old quarter was good
Pictures on website are not always reflective of the room you will be allocated. Staff try to sell their junk boat cruises. When a change of room was requested they did not help and we decided to check out early of our 4 day booking.
